About “Jeremy & Crystal”
Jeremy is a church-going, hardworking husband and father of four whose long-standing enslavement to pornography is tearing his family apart. His wife Crystal is threatening to move out following a recent incident in which their daughter walked in while her father was viewing inappropriate material on his computer. Jeremy has come for counseling as a last ditch effort to save their marriage.
We believe that their story is all too common in the counseling office and hope that these videos will serve to help train and equip viewers to deal with this kind of sensitive and complex situation.
About Observation Videos:
Each of the IBCD Observation Videos meets requirements for IBCD CDC Level 3 or ACBC Certification.
This three-disc DVD set contains a total of 3, approximately 1-hour sessions. After each session, the counselor talks about what just took place.
We’ve designed our Jeremey & Crystal Observation Handbook to perfectly compliment these videos by including the “Personal Data Inventory” (PDI) for each of the counselees as well as note taking forms and questions for each case based on the ACBC Case Report Form. Answers are also provided. Student Handbooks may be purchased separately and we recommend one per person watching the videos.
