As many sheltered in place during the COVID-19 pandemic, our shared experience revealed the ongoing challenge of practicing the biblical “one anothers” from a distance. What we have learned can now help us minister more effectively to homebound church members who face prolonged isolation due to illness, disability, caretaking, or other factors.
