2023 Pre-Conference — Counseling and Shame
Shame is a feeling we regularly hear about in the culture and the church, but how well do we understand what the Scriptures have to say about it? During our 2023 Summer Institute Pre-Conference, we will consider how to care for those who have experienced the painful impacts of shame, and discover how Jesus Christ’s cross offers real hope to strugglers who feel defined by their past or rejected because of it.
2023 Main Conference – Gospel Care: Exploring the Transformational Power of God’s Grace
How do people really change? The Gospel is at the heart of all true transformation, but what does that mean? Can only Christians change? What is the difference between practical change and Gospel transformation? Join us as we explore the riches of the Gospel and how it alone brings about true transformation. We’ll be mining the depths of God’s grace to equip the church for the ministry of gospel care.
