Becoming a Supporting Church (or Organization) is the best way to both equip your church to counsel and help spread one-another care around the globe. Your support is also an investment in the further development of quality counseling resources which we will make available to you on an ongoing basis.
We want to support your church just as much as your church is supporting us which is why we’ve also included an entire set of our physical products to help you in equipping your church.
What You Receive
Pricing begins at $1,000/yr and adjusts for each additional 100 users. We have included a number of benefits for joining such as:

What if my Church already owns the contents of the Starter Kit?
The Supporting Church Program was designed to give your church access to all our best resources and to help us continue to create quality resources that equip churches in one-another care. The Starter Kit is our one time free gift to your church, as a thank you for joining the IBCD family. As such, it is not factored into the monetary thresholds of support we have outlined.
If you already own most of the contents of the Starter Kit, we would ask that you please accept this gift and perhaps share it with a neighboring church as we hope that you will be an advocate for one-another care in your local region.
How much money do I save compared to other options?
We’ve priced the supporting threshold of Tier 1 to be the best financial choice for training up a core group of 10 to 20 people, but your actual savings are determined by your particular group’s needs (number of people in your group, number of handbooks purchased, number of event attendees, etc.) The amount you give to the IBCD Supporting Church program isn’t simply payment for products and benefits but rather a partnership in creating new high-quality resources and equipping churches all over the world in one-another care.
How long will my Church have access to the videos?
The billing plans are designed to be optimized for year to year billing and budgeting. Your church will have access to the Video On Demand for 1 calendar year plus a 30 day grace period at renewal time. If your church chooses not to renew, access will be terminated at the end of the grace period.
Do you offer any month to month payment plans?
Yes! We recognize that during the middle of the year budgets may be set but if you would like to become a Supporting Church mid-year we have made all three tiers available as month-to-month options. You can upgrade to an annualized plan at any time. The $400 sign-up fee covers the cost of the Starter Kit which ships immediately to you and is prorated across the first few months of the plan.
Is there a way to get congregational access for just a portion of the content?
The Congregational Access Pass is an “A La Carte” program designed for churches that desire a portion of the IBCD Video Library. The CAP program is a subset of our Supporting Church Program with some added restrictions concerning length of access and maximum users.
About the CAP program:
- Each level can be purchased individually.
- 24-48 hours after purchase a unique validation code and instructions will be sent to the billing email.
- The code can be used up to 50 times.
- The code can be used once per user account.
- Upon redemption the user account will receive 6 months of Video On Demand Access.

What if I am a Seminary, a Training Center or other Organization?
We recognize that many seminaries, training centers, and other organizations desire and benefit from our materials. All our options with their unique benefits and specifications are available to our institutional friends at the same pricing thresholds. We are currently working with 2 seminaries to develop more individualized offerings but don’t anticipate those elements to be made available until sometime in 2018.
