About the Guests
Jenn Chen Previously trained as a marriage and family therapist and clinical psychologist, Dr. Jenn Chen returned to school for her MABC at TMU. She serves as a biblical counselor at her church, is a BCC member, and an adjunct professor for the online B.A. degree in Biblical Counseling at The Master’s University. She is deeply grateful for how biblical counseling has transformed her faith, her life, and her counsel. A self-professed nerd, Jenn enjoys reading and discussing issues around theology and counseling, as well as her family, music, and deep fellowship.
Shannon McCoy (MABC) is a biblical counselor at Valley Center Community Church in Southern California. She has a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, CA and is ACBC certified. She is a retreat and conference speaker, author of Help! I’m A Slave To Food and contributing author to Women Counseling Women. She blogs at biblicalcounselingcoalition.org and shannonkaymccoy.com.
Fawn Kemble is an elementary school librarian by day and counselor by night. She has a BA in English from The University of California, Santa Barbara and an MA in Biblical Counseling from The Master’s University. She has also worked part time for a couple of different churches in their Biblical Counseling ministries, and helped develop a counseling training program and a women’s writing team at her previous home church, Cornerstone West Los Angeles. She’s now part of the small but vibrant church family at Living Faith Church.
