    A former Roman Catholic nun, Deanna Curls graduated from California State University at Los Angeles with a BA in English. She has taught elementary school, and currently teaches the Bible and counsels women as a biblical counselor. She holds a MABC in biblical counseling from The Master's College, and is ACBC certified. Her book, The Life Kit, Lessons in Glorifying God, a personal Bible study and discipleship tool, was published in 2006. Deanna, the second of 10 children, was married for 35 years and has four children, 11 grandchildren, and 1 great-granddaughter. She resides in Los Angeles, California.
